Forget going to the gym... make fitness FUN by participating in our trampoline fitness class! Our 45 minute class provides a great workout for men and women of all ages and abilities. This low impact workout will firm and tone muscle, improve sense of balance and burn more calories than a run! All classes are taught by a certified fitness instructor.
Some exercises to expect during the class are jump squats, lunges, burpees, sit-ups, push-ups, etc. (there are modifications for all exercises)
$8 per class OR $70 for 10 classes.
Must be at least 14 years old to participate.
Children of participants can jump for $5 during the class!
